Reading: what this result means for the job
An ordinary pallet. The container count and the gallons below are what a purchase order is reconciled against, and both have to match what the distributor actually ships.
Applicability limit
The configuration assumes every case holds the same number of containers and every container is full. Real deliveries are often partial, and a case that has been opened and re-closed holds less than the case on the label. This is a planning figure for the values entered, not a measured result. Coverage rates, product yields and application rates are properties of a specific product, applicator and substrate, and the label or data sheet for the product you are using always takes precedence over the default here.

What to check

  • Use the cases per pallet and containers per case from the delivery note.
  • Check whether the pallet is a mixed configuration before adding it up.
  • Confirm the container volume on the label.
