What the site is
The site is a free reference library of professional cleaning chemical calculators and lookup tables. It is a screening and planning aid. It is not chemical engineering, product formulation, industrial hygiene, regulatory, legal, or accounting advice, and it is not a professional service. Nothing published here creates a professional relationship or an engagement of any kind.
Screening results only
Calculator outputs, lookup values, and generated reports are first-pass estimates produced from the values you enter and from the stated defaults. They are not a compliance determination, not a regulatory filing, not an inspection, not a supplier quote, and not a guarantee of coverage, cost, or performance. You are responsible for verifying the product label, the safety data sheet, the package price, the equipment in place, and the requirements that apply where the work is done before you act on anything you read here.
Where the site discusses dilution, disinfection, food contact sanitizing, or hazard communication, the product label as registered, the safety data sheet, the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, and the food code adopted in your jurisdiction always govern. If a calculator result and a label instruction disagree, the label wins. Handling, decanting, and applying chemicals are work for trained persons using the personal protective equipment the label requires.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the values you enter and the messages you submit. You grant the site only what it needs to process that request and, where you asked for it, deliver the result to you. You are responsible for having the right to submit that data, and for not sending information you are not entitled to share, such as a client's pricing or personal data in a form you have no basis to disclose.
Acceptable use
- Do not overload or disrupt the service: no scraping or automated requesting at a rate that degrades it for others, no attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, or authentication, and no probing for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-reporting arrangement agreed through Contact.
- Do not misrepresent a result: a calculator output or generated report is not a certification, an inspection, a compliance record, or a supplier quote, and it must not be presented as one.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and do not use the feedback or contact channels to send bulk commercial messages.
Fees and paid features
No paid plans are currently offered, and the site takes no payment details. If paid features are introduced later, the price, term, cancellation, and refund terms will be stated where the purchase happens, and these terms will be updated before that happens.
Intellectual property
The site's text, calculator definitions, lookup tables, page presentation, and code are owned by the operator or used under licence, and are provided for your own reference and professional use. You may read, print, and share an individual result or report for a specific job or client. You may not systematically copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the library or its content as your own product, or use the content to train or populate a competing service, without written permission.
Labels, standards, and third-party figures quoted on the site remain the property of the bodies that publish them. Where a table or rate is reproduced, the source is named on the page; a reader who needs the authoritative version should obtain it from that source.
Availability and changes
The site may change: calculators can be revised, defaults updated, content corrected, and features added or withdrawn. It is offered on an as-available basis. There is no service-level commitment, no uptime guarantee, and no guarantee that a result remains reproducible after a calculator is revised; results are versioned so you can see which revision produced them. Do not rely on the site for anything that has to keep working on a schedule, and keep your own copy of any report you need to retain.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any result from it, including the cost of chemicals, equipment, labour, rework, damaged surfaces, regulatory penalties, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss. If a jurisdiction does not allow part of this limitation, that part does not apply to you, and the rest of these terms continue in force.
Ending these terms
You may stop using the site at any time. The operator may suspend or end access where these terms are broken. The sections on screening results, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive the end of your use.
Operator details and governing law
These terms do not name a legal entity, a jurisdiction, or a venue, and none should be inferred from the domain or from anything else on the site. Where a specific engagement, invoice, or dispute needs those details, request them through Contact and they will be supplied before you rely on the site for that purpose. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot be waived in your place of residence.
